ChicSLC 274 is a non-flammable fluid with low viscosity at room temperature, ensuring smooth handling and easy filling. Its excellent fluidity, combined with an extremely low saturated vapor pressure, enables it to achieve an ultimate vacuum of 1×10-8kpa, ideal for demanding vacuum applications.
It exhibits exceptional thermal stability, making it resistant to oxidation even at temperatures of up to 200℃and in the presence of metal catalysts. Its reliable performance in terms of pumping rate and reverse flow rate further enhances its suitability for various industrial processes.
ChicSLC 274 surpasses mineral oil diffusion pump oils in oxidation stability, owing to the properties of phenylmethyl silicone oil. It demonstrates resilience against oxidation, even when exposed to atmospheric conditions, ensuring prolonged efficiency. Additionally, It is designed to withstand magnetic field radiation, making it suitable for environments where such exposure is a concern.
