Product Description

Chicstab 215 is a high-performance antioxidant known for preserving the initial melt flow index, reducing finished product discoloration, and enhancing long-term stability. It finds extensive use in PE, PP, POM, ABS resin, PS resin, PVC, PC, adhesives, rubber, and petroleum products. It provides outstanding processing stability and offers long-term protection for polyolefins. By leveraging the synergistic effects of Chicstab 1010 and Chicstab 168 antioxidants, it effectively inhibits thermal and oxidative degradation of plastics. It can be combined with other additives such as UV absorbers, light stabilizers, and antistatic agents to enhance its effectiveness. Forming a ternary system with the carbon-free radical scavenger Chicstab 136 results in significant synergistic benefits.

It is slightly soluble in ethanol and soluble in chloroform, toluene, and benzene, but insoluble in water.

Package

It is packaged in 25 kg paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions. Tightly sealed, after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage

during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
