Chicstab 626
Product Description
CAS NO. 26741-53-7
Chicstab 626 is a new generation of high-efficiency, high-temperature phosphite ester antioxidant. It offers excellent processing stability and color protection for resins exposed to high and ultra-high temperature conditions (above 300℃), along with strong light stability. It represents a significant advancement in high-temperature antioxidant technology, particularly beneficial for plastics requiring repeated high-temperature processing and extrusion, enhancing polymer color retention across diverse applications.
Compared to conventional phosphite antioxidants, this product features a higher phosphorus content (the active antioxidant functional group), ensuring superior efficiency. It serves as a light-resistant stabilizer and synergist for ketones and benzotriazoles. Its addition effectively shields polymers during high-temperature processing, ensuring robust stability through multiple processing cycles.
This high-efficiency antioxidant outperforms other phosphite esters, delivering enhanced processing stability with half the typical dosage of ordinary phosphite ester antioxidants. It is commonly used in conjunction with primary phenolic antioxidants such as Chicstab 1010 to optimize performance.
