Chicsob UV-P is a benzotriazole UV absorber with a wide range of applications and spectral coverage extending from 290 to 400 nm. It exhibits excellent thermal stability and can effectively synergize with phenolic and phosphite antioxidants. Even under prolonged exposure to light, it maintains exceptional light stability. Primarily used in PP, PE, PS, ABS, PVC, PC, PBT, AS, PMMA, UP, PVB, and various other substrates such as polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyester, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyethylene, ABS resin, epoxy resin, and cellulose resin, it consistently provides high light stability. Its gentle energy absorption mode makes it suitable for a diverse range of substrates.

• Slightly soluble in methanol, but insoluble in water.

Package

It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions, keeping the container tightly sealed.  after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
