Product Description

Chicstab AY156 is a liquid blend with moderate viscosity, suitable for use in polyurethane products that demand high resistance to thermal oxidation and photooxidation. These applications include adhesives, shoe foam, lingerie foam,  and cosmetic foam etc.. It imparts excellent colorfastness to polyurethane foam after high-temperature hot-pressing, delaying yellowing and enhancing weather resistance. Chicstab AY156 demonstrates good substrate compatibility and offers strong resistance to extraction. Moreover, it is BHT- and nonylphenol-free, meeting environmental protection requirements.

It is a liquid antioxidant, which has excellent compatibility with the substrate, resistant to high-temperature oxidation and weathering, is easy to disperse and pump.

Guidelines for use

Recommended dosages vary depending on the application:

• In PU foam (based on polyether),  the recommended range is 0.5% to 5%.
• In polyurethane prepolymer, the recommended range is1% to 1.0%, with the option for optimization based on specific application requirements.
• For adhesives, the recommended dosage is 4500PPM, with customization available as needed.

For storage, please ensure proper sealing and timely storage if the product cannot be used all at once.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage

Store in dark, dry, cool, and sealed conditions to maintain its quality.

If the product cannot be used all at once, please seal it promptly and store it properly. Prolonged exposure to light and air may cause deterioration of the product.
