Chicstab 2275 est un agent anti-jaunissement compos\u00e9 liquide r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour son efficacit\u00e9 exceptionnelle dans la pr\u00e9vention du jaunissement. Sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour les applications de mousse polyur\u00e9thane, il offre une protection \u00e0 long terme contre les rayons ultraviolets, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les dommages. De plus, il conserve une excellente stabilit\u00e9 de couleur m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une exposition \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es et un pressage \u00e0 chaud, retardant ainsi efficacement le processus de jaunissement de la mousse de polyur\u00e9thane.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il s'agit d'un antioxydant liquide pr\u00e9sentant une excellente compatibilit\u00e9 avec les poly\u00e9ther polyols, facilitant une dispersion facile et assurant l'uniformit\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9ponge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le dosage recommand\u00e9 pour la mousse PU se situe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 1% et 3% (en fonction de la teneur en poly\u00e9ther), avec la possibilit\u00e9 d'une optimisation en fonction d'applications sp\u00e9cifiques. Il est conseill\u00e9 de l'utiliser en association avec d'autres agents anti-jaunissement. S\u2019il n\u2019est pas utilis\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement en une seule fois, assurer une scellement rapide et un stockage appropri\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c9vitez tout contact direct avec le produit en portant des gants r\u00e9sistants aux acides et aux alcalis pendant la manipulation. En cas de contact avec la peau, rincer imm\u00e9diatement et abondamment \u00e0 l'eau ou \u00e0 l'alcool m\u00e9dical et consulter un m\u00e9decin si les sympt\u00f4mes persistent.<\/span><\/p>\n
