Chicstab BHT est un antioxydant ph\u00e9nolique traditionnel connu pour son excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur, sa stabilit\u00e9 et son absence d'odeur sp\u00e9cifique. Contrairement \u00e0 d'autres antioxydants, il ne r\u00e9agit pas avec les ions m\u00e9talliques, \u00e9vitant ainsi les changements de couleur ind\u00e9sirables. Cet additif polyvalent est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les huiles industrielles pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes et antiadh\u00e9sives.<\/p>\n

Il emp\u00eache efficacement l'augmentation de la valeur acide ou de la viscosit\u00e9 des huiles lubrifiantes et des huiles combustibles, ce qui en fait un choix exceptionnel pour divers produits p\u00e9troliers. Chicstab BHT fonctionne de mani\u00e8re optimale \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de travail de 100 \u2103. Lorsqu'il est combin\u00e9 avec du ZDDP alcalin \u00e0 longue cha\u00eene et du TCP, il am\u00e9liore la d\u00e9sactivation des m\u00e9taux et la pr\u00e9vention de la rouille, ce qui le rend id\u00e9al pour la formulation d'huiles hydrauliques anti-usure et d'autres produits connexes.<\/p>\n

Ce produit est non corrosif, pr\u00e9sente une excellente solubilit\u00e9 dans l'huile et ne provoque pas de d\u00e9coloration. Il peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 directement ou introduit sous forme de concentr\u00e9 (liqueur m\u00e8re) dans les formulations. Dot\u00e9 d'une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur et d'une stabilit\u00e9 exceptionnelles, il est exempt d'odeur sp\u00e9cifique et ne produit pas de r\u00e9actions de couleur avec les ions m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>\n
