Product description

This product is non-flammable, with moderate viscosity at room temperature and a lower limit vacuum compared to 274. It exhibits very low saturated vapor pressure at room temperature, with a limit vacuum reaching 10-8~10-9kpa.

Its excellent thermal stability ensures resistance to oxidation even at a working temperature of 200°C and in the presence of metal catalysts. Furthermore, it demonstrates commendable performance in pumping rate and reverse flow rate.

ChicSLC 275 showcases superior oxidation stability compared to mineral oil diffusion pump oil, attributed to the properties of phenylmethyl silicone oil. It resists oxidation when exposed to atmospheric conditions and can withstand magnetic field radiation.
