Product Description

Chicstab 1010 is a high molecular hindered phenolic antioxidant, suitable for various applications in PE, PP, PU, polyformaldehyde, ABS, PVA, synthetic rubber, and petroleum products. When combined with auxiliary antioxidants such as 168 and DLTP, it exhibits a synergistic effect, enhancing its antioxidant performance. The recommended dosage ranges from 0.1% to 0.5%.

It is soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, and similar solvents, and slightly soluble in ethanol. It is insoluble in water, exhibits good resistance to hot water extraction, and has low volatility.

Package 

It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.

Shelf life

24 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions, keeping the container tightly sealed.  after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
