Chicstab1024 is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly antioxidant with excellent performance. It features a dual structure of hindered phenol and hydrazide, providing antioxidative and metal deactivation functions. It can be used independently or in conjunction with general-purpose antioxidants, demonstrating strong synergistic effects.

Soluble in methanol and acetone; slightly soluble in chloroform and ethyl acetate; insoluble in water.

Application

Widely applied in PE, PP, polystyrene, polyamide, polyester, it is particularly effective for antioxidant protection of phenolic resins, preventing polymer autoxidation induced by transition metal ions (such as catalyst residues). It is especially suitable for use in insulating wires and cable polymers, including polyolefins and elastomers. Its excellent melting properties ensure easy incorporation into various polymers and polymer systems without dispersion issues.

Guideline for use

Typical dosage ranges from 0.1% to 0.5%.

Package

It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.

Shelf life

24 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions, keeping the container tightly sealed.  after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
