Chicstab 1035 is a high-performance thioether-type hindered phenolic antioxidant, extensively utilized in plastics, rubbers, and coatings, including ABS, PS, PU, PA, among others. It offers excellent antioxidant properties.

When used in chemically crosslinked cable materials, Chicstab 1035 can effectively replace antioxidant 1010, resulting in reduced quantities of both antioxidant and crosslinking agent in the formulation.

Chicstab 1035 is a white crystalline powder, odorless, low-toxicity, insoluble in water, and soluble in methanol, ethanol, toluene, acetone, and other organic solvents. It has a specific gravity of 1.19 and an apparent specific gravity of 0.5-0.6.

Package

It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.

Shelf life

24 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions, keeping the container tightly sealed.  after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
