This product is a high-performance, general-purpose phenolic antioxidant that is non-polluting, non-discoloring, resistant to extraction, thermal oxidation, and non-toxic. It is particularly effective for polyamide polymers and fiber materials, primarily used in polymers such as nylon 6, nylon 66, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyurethane, and rubber. It can also be used in combination with auxiliary antioxidants to enhance antioxidant performance.

Soluble in caprolactam, slightly soluble in methanol and chloroform, nearly insoluble in toluene, insoluble in water. Exhibits low volatility, non-polluting characteristics, resistance to extraction, and non-toxicity.

Guideline for use

The typical dosage ranges from 0.3% to 1.0%. When combined with synergistic stabilizers such as phosphites, thioethers, hydroxylamines, light stabilizers, etc., it exhibits excellent application effects.

Package

It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.

Shelf life

24 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions, keeping the container tightly sealed.  after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
