Product Description

Chicstab 225 is a high-performance antioxidant known for maintaining the initial melt flow index, reducing the color of finished products, and enhancing long-term stability. It is widely utilized in PE, PP, POM, ABS resin, PS resin, PVC, PC, adhesives, rubber, and petroleum products. It provides exceptional processing stability and long-term protection for polyolefins. Through the synergistic effects of Chicstab 1010 and Chicstab 168 antioxidants, it effectively inhibits thermal and oxidative degradation of plastics. It can be used in combination with other additives such as UV absorbers, light stabilizers, and antistatic agents to further enhance its effectiveness. Incorporating it into a ternary system with the carbon-free radical scavenger Chicstab 136 yields significant synergistic benefits.

This product is a white powder or pellet, non-irritating, slightly soluble in ethanol, and soluble in chloroform and toluene, with insolubility in water.

Package

It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions. Tightly sealed, after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
