Product Description

Chicstab 2275 is a liquid compound anti-yellowing agent renowned with exceptional efficacy in preventing yellowing. Specifically designed for polyurethane foam applications, It offers long-term protection against ultraviolet radiation, thereby reducing damage. Additionally, it maintains excellent color stability even after exposure to high temperatures and hot pressing, effectively delaying the yellowing process of polyurethane foam.

It is a liquid antioxidant with excellent compatibility with polyether polyols, facilitating easy dispersion and ensuring uniformity in sponge quality.

Guideline for use

The recommended dosage for PU foam typically ranges between 1% and 3% (based on polyether content), with the option for optimization according to specific applications. It is advisable to use it in conjunction with other anti-yellowing agents. If not used entirely at once, ensure timely sealing and proper storage.

Avoid direct contact with the product by wearing acid and alkali resistant gloves during handling. In case of skin contact, promptly rinse with plenty of water or medical alcohol, and seek medical attention if symptoms persist.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area,  away from any contact with water.

Long-term exposure will cause the product to deteriorate.
