Chicstab 292 is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer with nearly 100% active ingredient content, ensuring no crystallization at room temperature. It effectively prevents issues such as cracking and light degradation in paints, thereby enhancing coating durability. This product exhibits synergistic effects when used with UV absorbers. These properties make it highly versatile and beneficial for various coating formulations.

Light yellow liquid, soluble in methanol, ethanol, benzene, toluene, hexane, etc. Insoluble in water.

Application

It is suitable for a wide range of applications including industrial coatings, automotive coatings, coil coatings, colored and hybrid wood coatings, radiation-curing coatings and inks, including latex paints, air-dry alkyd paints, oil-based paints, one- or two-component polyurethanes, one- and two-component epoxies, clear coatings, thermoset and thermoplastic acrylics, radiation-curing acrylics, polyesters, phenolics, and ethyls.

Shelf life

Storage and Transportation
