Chicstab 3114 is a newly developed antioxidant characterized by a trifunctional group that provides comprehensive efficacy. In addition to preventing polymer aging due to heat and oxygen, it offers excellent light resistance, ensuring long-lasting color retention of products. This product exhibits stable performance, outstanding heat resistance, and exceptional resistance to water extraction. It is nearly colorless, odorless, environmentally friendly with low toxicity, and effectively stabilizes plastic compounds, rubber greases, and other formulations.

Features/benefits
White crystalline powder, soluble in benzene, chloroform, and other organic solvents; slightly soluble in ethanol; insoluble in water. Possesses excellent heat resistance, minimal migration, and strong resistance to water extraction. Compatible with a wide range of polymers, it exhibits outstanding thermal stability and resistance to thermal oxidative aging. Does not cause discoloration or environmental pollution.
Application
Chicstab 3114 is particularly suitable for polyolefin compounds, significantly enhancing product longevity. It is safe for use in polyolefin products intended for food contact, with a recommended usage rate not exceeding 15% of the base material.
Package
It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.
Shelf life
12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.
Storage and Transportation
This product should be stored in dark, dry, and cool conditions, tightly sealed. Once opened, it’s advisable to maintain an airtight seal and use it promptly. During transportation, take precautions to prevent leakage and adhere to good industrial practices. Handle with care to avoid environmental contamination.
