Product Description

Chicstab 316A is primarily an antioxidant aimed at stabilizing the color of polymer materials. It finds extensive use in materials such as polyurethane elastomers and adhesives. This product effectively combats material yellowing while preserving product transparency. It outperforms antioxidant Chicstab 316B in terms of polyether quality and anti-yellowing effects, requiring minimal addition and boasting a lower unsaturation value. Furthermore, Chicstab 316A liquid antioxidant exhibits low viscosity, making it easy to transport and dissolve in polyether and other materials.

Guideline for use

1. The recommended dosage ranges between 0.05% and 0.25%, with the option to optimize according to the specific application.
2. If not used immediately, please fill the container with nitrogen and promptly seal it. Prolonged exposure to air may result in product discoloration.
3. Avoid direct contact with the product using bare hands; wear acid- and alkali-resistant gloves during handling. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water or use medical alcohol. Seek medical attention if severe.

Package 

180kg/drum. It should be stored in dark, dry, low temperature and sealed conditions. Long-term exposure will cause the product to turn yellow.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage

Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, avoiding contact with water.
