Product Description

Chicstab 338 is a  BHT-free and amine-free liquid compound antioxidant designed for polyether-based and polyester-based flexible foams, particularly suitable for polyols used in PUR flexible foam production. Additionally, other antioxidants and/or stabilizers (such as phosphites) and/or light stabilizers (such as HALS, UVA) can be added for a synergistic effect.

Chicstab 338 exhibits excellent resistance to sponge scorch, fogging, and yellowing from textile stains. Notably, it demonstrates exceptional resistance to NOx gases and/or foam discoloration upon exposure to light.

Chicstab 338 is a pourable liquid, facilitating dust-free handling, automatic dosing, and shorter mixing times. It enhances productivity by consolidating weighing and metering into a single operation. It can be measured alone or mixed with other raw materials.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

Securely tighten the lid of the packaging drum and store in a well-ventilated, dry area, away from heat sources. During storage and transportation, ensure the packaging is tightly sealed to prevent any leakage when the material is not in use.
