Product Description
CAS NO. 10081-67-1
This product is one of the few non-toxic, odorless, and light-colored antioxidants among amine antioxidants. Due to its high molecular weight and low volatility, it offers significantly better antioxidant durability compared to phenolic antioxidants such as SP, 1010, and BHT (264), making it an ideal substitute. It exhibits a beneficial synergistic effect with sulfur-containing antioxidants. While this product may undergo slight color changes upon prolonged exposure to sunlight and air, it does not migrate.
Additionally, it serves as a light-resistant anti-aging antioxidant in polyether and its foamed plastics, and can be utilized in lubricating oils. This non-polluting antioxidant is typically used in general rubber and plastic formulations at a dosage of 1-3 parts. It disperses easily in rubber compounds and does not significantly affect vulcanization characteristics.
