Features/benefits
Chicstab5057 demonstrates outstanding performance, rendering it highly suitable for the entirety of polymer preparation and processing. In the stabilization of polyurethane cushion foam, it effectively mitigates the formation of peroxides during storage and transportation, thereby preventing scorching during foaming.
Moreover, when utilized in soft foaming polyurethane applications within industries such as automobile manufacturing, furniture, and fiber fabrics, the low volatility and minimal fogging of Chicstab 5057 ensure the preservation of fabric color integrity. Its efficacy can be enhanced through collaboration with other phenolic antioxidants like Chicstab 1135, or when employed alongside stabilizers (e.g., phosphite, thioester, hydroxylamine, lactone) and light stabilizers (e.g., UV absorbers, HALS). Through such combinations, its superior performance can be further optimized for polyurethane plastics, fibers, and beyond.
