Product Description

Chicstab 5300 is a novel aqueous dispersion antioxidant designed to deliver efficient and consistent antioxidant performance without causing color changes or discoloration in latex product systems. It effectively prevents the degradation of polymer performance caused by heat, UV rays, and oxidation during latex product processing. Chicstab 5300 enhances the stability of polymer materials, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including natural latex, nitrile rubber, and latex products.

It is a white or off-white emulsion, soluble in water, with low volatile organic compounds (VOC), high color fastness, and excellent compatibility.

Application

Main application areas include medical gloves, medical latex products, foam rubber products, nitrile gloves, latex molds, and more.

Guideline for use

Recommended addition amount: 0.2~0.5%, or as per customer’s specific requirements.

Shelf Life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

This product should be stored in dark, dry, and cool conditions, tightly sealed. Once opened, it’s advisable to maintain an airtight seal and use it promptly. During transportation, take precautions to prevent leakage and adhere to good industrial practices. Handle with care to avoid environmental contamination.
