Features/benefits
Soluble in benzene, toluene, and other organic solvents; slightly soluble in methanol; insoluble in water. Exhibits low volatility and high color fastness, with properties that prevent gel formation.
Application
Characterized by low addition rates, low volatility, high color stability, and prevention of gel formation, this antioxidant is well-suited for butadiene rubber (BR), isoprene rubber (IR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubber (XSBR), emulsion polystyrene-butadiene rubber (ESBR), solution-polymerized butadiene rubber (SSBR), thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber (SBS), and thermoplastic styrene-isoprene rubber (SIS). It is also applicable in adhesives and natural and synthetic resins such as EPDM rubber.
Package
It is packaged in paper-plastic composite bags or cartons lined with plastic bags, each containing a net weight of 25 kg.
Shelf life
24 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.
Storage and Transportation
It should be stored in dark, dry, and low temperature conditions, keeping the container tightly sealed. after opening, it is recommended to keep it airtight and use it up as soon as possible. Pay attention to prevent leakage during transportation, follow good industrial practice. Handle with care to avoid environmental pollution.
