Product Description

This product is a high-activity, low-volatility phenolic antioxidant with its non-polluting and non-discoloring properties. It is particularly effective in protecting natural and synthetic unsaturated polymers based on isoprene and butadiene, surpassing traditional antioxidants like BHT, 1010, 1076, 2246, SP, etc.

It demonstrates low migration or extraction even under repeated washing and cooking of materials like rubber, elastic thread, carpet backing, and foam. It is also suitable for high-molecular compounds such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and engineering plastics like ABS and polyphenol. Specifically designed for latex products (foam rubber, dipped products, rubber thread products) and dry rubber goods, as well as adhesives.

This product is a highly active, non-staining, high-temperature-resistant, water-resistant, washing-resistant, migration-resistant, low-volatility antioxidant, easy to mix with rubber and resin, and has good compatibility.

Application

It is primarily used to safeguard light-colored or non-colored compounds such as natural rubber, latex, PVC, ABS, EVA, BR, IR, NBR, NR, SBR, SBS, SIS, and their derivatives, ensuring long-term antioxidant efficacy. In rubber applications, the typical dosage ranges from 2 to 3 parts, with enhanced effectiveness when used in conjunction with phosphite antioxidants. It is highly recommended as a superior alternative to 264 and 2264.

Package 

Composite paper bags lined with plastic film (25 kg net weight), jumbo bags (900 kg net weight). Packaging specifications can be customized upon negotiation.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage

Store in a dark, dry, and cool environment, keeping the container tightly sealed. After opening, seal the container and use the product promptly.
