Chicstab L01 is a diisooctyl diphenylamine antioxidant designed for the thermal oxygen aging protection of mineral oil and synthetic ester lubricants. It has extremely low volatility and can withstand high service temperatures, effectively preventing oxidation of lubricants derived from mineral oils and synthetic oils under high temperatures. Additionally, it controls sludge formation at elevated temperatures, thereby maintaining equipment cleanliness. Furthermore, it exhibits greater resistance to color change compared to other diphenylamine derivatives.

Features/benefits
This product finds application in various mineral oil and synthetic ester lubricants, including turbine oil, compressor oil, engine oil, industrial and vehicle gear oil, and high-temperature chain oil, among others. The recommended dosage ranges from 0.1% to 2%.
Chicstab L01 is particularly well-suited for aircraft engine oils, meeting diverse requirements. Its extremely low volatility sets it apart from many other alkylated diphenylamine products, especially in high-temperature greases.
Combining Chicstab L01 with phenolic antioxidants like Chicstab L135 and copper metal deactivators enhances its performance. Similarly, pairing it with Chicstab L115 improves antioxidant capabilities. Moreover, when utilized alongside phenyl-α-naphthalene amines, it synergistically controls sludge formation more effectively.

24 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.
Storage and Transportation
Stored in dark, dry, cool, and sealed conditions. Exposure to light may darken its color, but it will not affect performance. Therefore, it must be protected from both light and moisture during storage. After opening and use, it is advisable to keep it tightly sealed and utilize it promptly. During transportation, precautions should be taken to prevent leakage. Follow proper industrial practices, handle with care, and minimize the risk of environmental pollution.
