Chicstab L05 is a substituted diphenylamine antioxidant, distinguished as one of the few non-toxic, odorless, and light-colored antioxidants. It finds application in lubricating grease and heat transfer oil, among other uses. It effectively mitigates viscosity increase due to oxidation, extending the service life of oil products. Additionally, it provides reliable protection against aging induced by heat, light, ozone, and other factors.

This product stands out as one of the few non-toxic, odorless, and light-colored antioxidant options among amine antioxidants. It exhibits enhanced synergistic effects when combined with sulfur-containing antioxidants. With excellent oil solubility and compatibility with various functional additives, it yields significant benefits, particularly when used alongside phenolic antioxidants. Moreover, it maintains its antioxidation efficacy even at higher service temperatures.

It finds extensive application in various heat transfer oils, high-quality internal combustion engine oils, turbine oils, hydraulic oils, gas turbine oils, as well as various greases and fuel oils.

This product is available in  a 25kg paper-plastic bag or a cardboard drum lined with a plastic bag.

Shelf life

24 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.

Storage and Transportation

While this product is a non-polluting antioxidant, it may undergo slight color changes upon exposure to sunlight and prolonged air exposure, though it does not migrate. During storage, it should be shielded from light, sealed, protected from moisture, sunlight, and rain, and kept in a cool, dry place. After opening and use, it is advisable to seal it airtight and utilize it promptly. Precautions should be taken to prevent leakage during transportation, adhere to strict industrial operating standards, and handle with care to prevent environmental pollution.
