Product description

Chicstab L620 is a high-efficiency composite antioxidant designed for providing thermal oxygen aging protection to both mineral oil and synthetic ester lubricants. It exhibits extremely low volatility and a high service temperature, along with reduced color contamination compared to conventional amine antioxidants.

It is easy to incorporate, offering effective color protection and controlling the formation of sludge, thereby extending the service life of oil products. Additionally, this product efficiently terminates free radicals and maintains its antioxidant efficacy even at high processing and operating temperatures. Chicstab L620 is free from BHT and complies with environmental protection requirements.

Application

It is suitable for application in mineral oil and synthetic ester lubricants, including turbine oil, compressor oil, engine oil, industrial and vehicle gear oil, high-temperature chain oil, power transmission fluid, and more.

 Guideline for use

It is typically recommended for use at concentrations ranging from 0.15% to 1.50%.

Adjustments to the ratio can also be made based on the observed effectiveness during actual use.

Shelf life

12 months from the date of production under unopened original packaging.
